We decided to create the closing the distance calculator to help couples tackle the uncertainty by discovering an initial date when they can finally be together!
After talking with our readers (and from our own experience), a savings goal is an important element to making the jump. Which is why we’ve made it the basis of our calculator.
Other factors are involved in closing the distance, but we believe this is a great way to gain perspective on what the path ahead looks like, while also laying the foundation of a HUGE goal you’re achieving together.
You can choose one of two options:
- Select the date calculator to determine when you can close the distance based on how much you want to save beforehand and the amount you can save, per week, to reach that goal.
- Select the savings calculator if you already have a date in mind to close the distance and want to know how much you need to save per week to reach your savings goal.
