THANK YOU Prem for a great course. I learned exactly the things we needed to do. First, I learned how to fill out the documents, what parts to ignore and how to deal with confusing answer fields on the I-129. Second, you helped me to focus my energies exactly where they needed to go in greating a great 129F proof of relationship and an excellent K-1 interview proof of relationship packet. I did not have to spend many anxious hours reading all the sometimes conflicting examples and instructions on web servers and in chat forums. A third part of the video training series that was particularly relevant and helpful, was the section on red flags. We were able to work on getting together packet materials to deal with our age different (>20 years). We pulled letters from friends and teachers. I feel like we have a great chance of being approved at our interview. We ended up doing extra things we would have not known, unless you had prepared the video on red flags. Thank you! And finally, you showed me how to pull all our packets together into a coherent whole. A key component was that you showed us where to put our energies. We wanted to do the work and wanted to complete everything correctly. Your class/course took away the anxiety. I knew we weren't wasting our time on useless proofs of relationship. I could spend our time doing what we needed to have a super strong case. Our 129f got approved right away. And weirdly enough, the National Visa Center said they held onto our 129 only a week and sent it off right away to the consulate in China. I am super satisfied. This has been a long and stress process. The difficulty of all the work was surprising, even with clear instructions. Without your support and direction it would have been chaotic. This review will only cover the K-1 Visa Course. I completed the I-129F course and "preloading" the proof of relationship made the interview easy. My I-129F petition was approved in 4 1/2 months as of the end of January 2019. So what now? I had reviewed the materials on the US Embassy web site (for London in my case) but wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything. I felt that the I-129F course prepared my for everything so I didn't hesitate to sign up for the K-1 Interview course. Viewing each video for the next step took the mystery out of the process. A few comments on my specific experience. After the I-129F petition was approved, it sat at the NVC for approximately 6 weeks before they registered the case. Once registered and processed at NVC, it took about 3 weeks before my finance received the information packet from the embassy. However, once I had the case number, my fiance ordered the police report. In the UK it is all online, and he had the certificate within a few days. Scheduling the medical took another two weeks, since the designated practice only did Visa exams on Saturdays. A new requirement for the medical was a health records summary from your physician, which was not listed as a requirement on the embassy web site. Allowing 5 business days for the medical report to get to the embassy, the interview was scheduled. In the meantime, I prepared my affidavit of support, and included the recommended cover letter, one year's tax return transcript from the IRS, W2, and employment confirmation from my employer. Since I quality on income, I only included income information on the form. When my fiance arrived for his interview, he was fingerprinted, photographed and turned in all the required documents. They only took the W2 along with the affidavit of support, and returned the other financial documentation. The interview was conducted seated at an open workstation with the agent behind a plexiglass screen like at a bank. The agent had a big file in front of him, which he likely reviewed before calling up my finance. The agent only asked a few questions: How did you meet? How often have you met each other in person? What are you wedding plans? (We have no specific plans, and the agent was ok with this.) Have you met each others' family? No additional information was requested though my finance had more pictures available. The agent told him that he was going to approve the application. The interview lasted no more than 5 minutes. The visa was available for pickup 7 days after the approval. My finance just gave 30-day notice at his job and we are starting to make plans for getting him and his stuff over here! My advice is to make sure that you have ALL the required documents, and that you are using the correct version of the forms. In closing, the cost of the two courses was the best money ever spent for such an important life event. Don't drive yourself crazy by looking at every web site out there. Prem's approach WORKS and my finance's K1 approval in 8 months is the proof. Good luck to you all!

Hi All, I rarely review sites and many other reviewable things but I must say, I am very impressed by what Prem has put together here that I feel compelled to write something. I'm just in awe at how accurate his information is. You definitely feel more confident going into the interview and, as a bonus, you feel smarter. What brought me to visa tutor: I typically rely on Google to teach me the things I need to know. This was no different. I first searched google for some questions I had after first opening up the I-129F (other video series) instructions sheet. I started googling to find the answers and came up to a bunch of sites. Nothing was really answering my questions in detail. I then stumbled upon Visa tutor. The very question I had was answered and answered with details and reasons. That led me to purchase the I-129F series. Prem was very detailed and very accurate in the information presented that I felt very confident sending in my packet. What normally takes 5-6 months took me about 4 months to get an approval letter from the USCIS. What kept me at Visa Tutor: Prem. Even though I was learning and completing my packet and the video series was spot on and detailed, I still had questions. I used the postings on the videos to ask Prem questions but also sent direct emails to him. He was very responsive and very sincere in his responses and he answered my questions I had. His responses were very quick. I think the longest response may have been a couple of days. Most were the same day within a few hours of posting or emailing. The Interview Video Series: There was no more googling when it came time to start preparing for the interview. I did not hesitate to purchase the Interview Course. And again, Prem is very detailed and majority of the time the videos answered my questions. This course, like the I-129F course is spot on and you learn while you prepare. I was able to explain some things to others that are going through this and offer recommendations. Again, I felt much smarter. Again, despite how good the video series is, I still had questions and again used the postings on the video page as well as sent Prem direct emails. And again, he is very responsive with valuable feedback. Thanks to this Video series my fiance and I were super confident when going to the US Embassy here in the Philippines and my fiance was even able to spot those that were not prepared and offer some opinions and suggestions to others. We were able to pass the interview after a total of about 5 months. I honestly wish Prem made a video on life. He's so detailed and full of experience throughout this process. Money well spent. Prem has provided my Fiancé and I with invaluable advise and guidance throughout our journey to secure her a K-1 Visa from Vietnam, one of the more difficult countries and Embassy in HCMC. He was absolutely right about the need for a strong I-129F to serve as the foundation for a painless and successful Interview. My fiancé and I submitted our I-129 petition in February of 2018. It has been a LONG waiting process since then. We heard the petition was approved in February of 2019. Then we had to start thinking about the K-1 visa application and all the paperwork involved - it was so overwhelming! When I found Prem’s course, I immediately knew it was what I needed to feel confident about what I was submitting. My fiancé and I went through the course together and we felt confident with the paperwork. Even more helpful was the interview preparation, as that was the part we were most nervous for. Thanks to the video, my fiance’s nerves were cut in half! We were prepared. This month in June, my fiancé had his final interview, and we were approved!! FINALLY!!! Thank you Prem for all your information and for answering my many questions along the way. This course is SO worth it for peace of mind.

Visa Tutor's K-1 Visa Interview Course is truly the most well-rounded resource I have found for this application process. Prem is so invested in making sure his information is up to date and as accurate as possible so that anyone and everyone will get something out of this course. The K-1 visa process can be feel so uncertain and stressful at times, and while this course does not completely resolve that, it does provide some ease of mind that you can take control of the situation and get a solid approval with hard work! Update I would like to add to my review: WE GOT APPROVED! And, only 7 months after submitting the I-129F, truly a success and a relief!

I bought the Visa Tutor K-1 visa interview course to help keep my fiancée and me focused on the million details we had to juggle. The videos and written material were as valuable as the Visa Tutor I-129f course had been, and Prem's making himself available to answer questions by email was a huge plus. My Philippine fiancée and I both prepped for the "final exam" (as it were) of the K-1 interview where they basically get to decide whether we can marry or deny us… My fiancée was able to log in to the visa interview course from the Philippines, and I was from the US. We prepared a huge packet of documents required and when we attended the interview in Manila together it went smoothly, and she was approved! In all, I feel like we received a great value, and we probably saved ourselves a lot of potential anxiety. Recommended.

I'm writing this review for anyone who is just beginning the K visa process and is confused, lost, worried, stressed, or considering paying a bunch of money to let an attorney do all of the work for them. I want you to know that almost all of those worries, concerns, and stresses can be alleviated by the help and guidance of this program. As well it will save you thousands of dollars in fees and charges from a lawyer or outside agency to complete the paperwork for the visa. I have just finished our complete K visa process for my fiancé and I did it all myself with the help of this program and the extremely helpful instructor Prem. When I first began researching the fiancé visa I was sure I could not do it on my own, the bureaucratic red tape and sea of forms and hoops to jump through seemed overwhelming to someone totally unversed in the topic. That was until I found this program; I was still unsure about it until I began reading reviews and the first few sample sections of the "I-125 course" and I could tell quickly that this would be a very helpful course and worth the money. I did not however understand until purchasing it how helpful it truly is! Once I purchased and began to assemble forms and evidence I realized just how much I would not have known to do for the packet to submit. The program walks you through every single step of the process. Every line of the initial form is gone through and countless different scenarios are gone through for different circumstances for every individual, from easy straight forward cases to more complex, they are all covered. Then the program walks you through every piece of supporting evidence that is required, evidence that is encouraged to be added and all other supporting documents that can be added. As well many of the supporting documentation the instructor Prep has created super easy templates to use that make everything that much easier and streamlined. A few months down the line and the initial steps are passed, the next step is the interview prep course. This course is much like the first where every step is gone over down to the littlest details. Now at this step I trusted the first course so much and was so happy I used it, So I did the same for the interview course. I'm very happy I did, because again it exposed me to many facets I would never have thought we needed. Over all I highly recommend these two courses to ANYONE who is going to complete this process on their own, (you definitely can, don't be intimidated) these courses walk you through the entire process from day 1 to visa approval and expose you to everything that needs to be completed in order to get a solid approval and a visa. You will feel extremely confident in your visa packet and will rest easy knowing that you have done your absolute best preparing for and submitting your packet of evidence and creating your best chances for a visa approval! This course was very helpful. It answered all my questions and took me step by step with what I need to do next. The videos were to the point and you had your questions answered before the video ended. It was worth the investment and I am so glad I was able to find this course. Prem is also such a great help and answered my questions in a timely manner. Thank you for all that you do!

After confidently completing & submitting the i-129, w/ an NOA1 acknowledgement secured, "certainly," I thought, "the most assistance-worthy sections of this process are behind us." Early in our relationship & well before any paperwork or official procedures entered our minds, God once whispered to me to plan an unannounced, initial trip to visit my fiance & her family for the very first, & thus far, only time, in our relationship. Fortunately, I heeded that suggestion prior to the global lockdown of 2020; otherwise we would've had no in-person meeting apropos to our application. So, despite my self-confidence, the insistent voice to take this course persisted & finally I relented; justifying it by figuring my fiance may be able to glean some assistance from it during the in-person interview. WOW, WAS I IN FOR A SHOCK! The amount of information so supersedes what was needed for the i-129 that I'm almost embarrassed to even consider what a fiasco we would've otherwise endured during this second stage of the process, EVEN IF we made it to the interview phase! I literally must review the course again before even making progress on the next portion of our application- simply because there is so much here to consider & take into account when aiming towards our solid approval. I shudder now when I think about how ineffective my plans were for this, most-important phase of our future; at the very least, we would've suffered multiple delays if left to our own devices. Simply put: this is the best investment in our relationship future so far & I do not regret it for one minute! Now; I need to get back to reviewing the course so we can securely envision or soon-revealed, married future!
