Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping if you spend a certain amount of money on all of our products to anyone in the continental United States (that excludes Hawaii and Alaska). If you live in Hawaii and Alaska, there is a shipping fee.

Local delivery & In-store Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local delivery. or in-store pickup We’re an online store only and do not have a physical location.

International Shipping

We do offer International shipping outside the United States. At this time there is no free international shipping if you spend over a certain amount of money on all of our products. But we do have a very fast service and competitive shipping rate available.

How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days (domestic delivery in Australia and The United States) or 21 business days (international delivery) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
